Delivery Times

Dear customers, we would like to inform you that due to the current situation logistic services in Ukraine has been suspended. Below you can find detailed information.

UPS
  • UPS services to and from Ukraine have been suspended with immediate effect.
  • The safety of our employees is extremely important and we have processes, systems and procedures in place designed to protect our people, operations and customers’ shipments.
  • We are closely monitoring the situation and we will re-establish normal service when it is safe and practical to do so.
  • Packages in transit will be held in our network for the time being. Further information on the status of shipments will be communicated to impacted customers shortly.
  • Thanks to the strength of our smart global logistics network that moves more than 2% of the world’s GDP every day, we have the flexibility to swiftly mobilize contingency plans to manage and mitigate supply chain disruptions.
  • Please be aware that when service is affected by circumstances outside of UPS’s control, our money-back guarantee does not apply.

FEDEX

  • In light of the current circumstances, FedEx and TNT services will be temporarily suspended in and out of Ukraine until further notice. We keep closely monitoring the situation and the safety of our employees remains our top priority.

UPS

  • UPS service to Ukraine and from Ukraine has been suspended. Parcels can no longer be sent to or from Ukraine. Please note that when service is affected by circumstances beyond UPS's control, the logistics company's money-back guarantee is not applicable. For the most up-to-date information on the status of your shipment, please use the tracking tool on UPS.com.


All deliveries are made with global package delivery company UPS. The orders are shipped from our warehouse in Germany to your delivery address. Please note that shipments to post office boxes will generally not be delivered. The additional terms and conditions of UPS can be read on www.ups.com.


Orders are processed from Monday to Friday, from 9 to 11 in the morning.

Please notice that orders which are placed Friday afternoon, Saturday and Sunday will be processed on Monday morning.

Express orders that are placed on Thursday afternoon are going to be processed and sent out on Friday. Since UPS is not working during the weekend, these orders will generally reach you after the weekend.

Please be also aware that even orders within Germany that are placed on Thursday afternoon will arrive at the delivery address after the weekend in general.

 

Estimated transit time after dispatch:

European Union: 1-5 working days. As soon as the parcel leaves our warehouse, you will receive an automatic E-Mail with the UPS tracking number to follow the status of the delivery.

Other Countries: 5 to 10 working days. Please be aware that in case of deliveries outside European Union orders are processed but they are not shipped on the same day. The parcels have to pass customs before we can send them out. This usually takes around 3/4 days. For this reason, it usually takes more or less 10 days before the parcel gets to you.

The Plein Outlet Switzerland GmbH shall not be held responsible for delays in shipments caused by international customs issues or any other circumstances beyond the control of the company.

Please note that orders with more than one item might be delivered from different warehouses. As a result you could receive more than one parcel.

Orders that come from different warehouses will be processed as fast as possible, but there might be short delays.

Duties and Taxes

All shipments outside European Union may be subject to import charges, which are the responsibility of the purchaser. We cannot predict what your particular charges may be.

This means that all applicable taxes and duties are included in the final purchase price when you place your order and there are no additional costs due upon delivery.
